Call for Papers Vol 02 No 02 August 2023

Islamic Law Review Journal calls for papers for Vol. 02, No. 02. The Paper must be submitted before July 31, 2023. It can use all of the perspectives to study Islamic law in all of its aspects, from method: ushul fiqh, qawaid fiqh; to product: fiqh, fatwas, and qanun that were legalized as a part of national law. It also provides for accommodating all research in Islamic law with all approaches to Islamic law studies: doctrine and socio-legal. Both qualitative and quantitative research is encouraged. Manuscripts may emphasize either contemporary or historical topics.
